On your lips I'd maybe just try for a really hydrating lip balm rather than a cream? The skin there is so sensitive that, at least in my experience, a lot of creams just made it worse. I tent to put really oily moisturiser or such on my lips; vaseline, 50/50, children's farm, hemp ointment from body shop.

Aquaphore is expensive but it really helps me, I put on a good amount before I sleep at nite.
